Isabelle Giroday is a certified Digigraphie® artist as of December 2013.
Digigraphie® is a label of excellence that guarantees both
the quality of the printed photography AND its limited edition.
This, of course, is essential for the collector !
Digigraphie® describes a print created
by an color Epson Stylus Pro professional printer,
with Ultrachrome™ K3 inks
on certified paper,
authenticated, numbered and signed by the artist,
embossed and accompanied by its certificate.
If one of these obligations is not complied with, the printed work cannot, in any case, be qualified as Digigraphie®.
It is the guarantee, for the artist as for the client, of ensured continuous quality of the reproduced work.
Durability tests done by independent institutes such as the Wilhelm Research Institute show printed art lasting from 60 to 100 years.
The Artist using the Digigraphie® label undertakes to exclusively produce works in limited series.
The concept of limited series is defined by three criteria freely determined by the Artist:
The number of proofs reproduced
The format of the reproduction of the work
The support on which it is printed.
If, for a defined series, the printer, paper or format is changed, it is obligatory that this become the subject of a new series.
The artist undertakes not to exceed the determined print run number, as indicated on the Digigraphie certificate given to each acquirer of an artwork.
If these commitments are not complied with, Epson reserves the right to withdraw the embosser from the Artist, together with their Digigraphie referencing.
The Digigraphie Artist may withdraw from this programe without prior notice and without particular reason, but having notified Epson in advance.
